DESCRIPTION:Take some quality time for yourself and join us for a truly nourishing day in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest on Saturday 24th September. \nUsing the holistic practices of Qigong\, Yoga\, and Energetic healing\, we will focus on balancing our stomach and spleen energy to help us feel grounded and prepared for the winter months ahead. \nWhat will the day include? \n– Qigong on the lawn. A wonderful grounding practice of mindful movement designed to balance\, centre\, clear and revitalise our energy.\n– Yin and Restorative Yoga. A supportive and deeply releasing practice to help unwind tension and leave both body and mind feeling relaxed and restored.\n– An introduction to Energetic healing. Working in groups of 3\, a guided practice to bring balance\, energy flow\, and harmony.\n– Delicious vegetarian lunch served in The Crowspotter cafe.\n– Teas/coffees. \nNo previous experience in any of the disciplines is necessary as the day will be designed to accommodate all levels and abilities. \nCost £95 inclusive of lunch and drinks
