SUMMARY:Autumn Equinox Half Day Retreat
DESCRIPTION:With Cheryl Ellis & Richard EllisCome and join us for a morning of movement\, rejuvenation\, and restoration as we bring together a blend of Qigong\, Somatic Yoga & Yin Yoga this Autumn Equinox. A time of transformation\, harvest\, and nourishment\, the Autumn equinox represents a pivotal point of balance in the Northern Hemisphere\, and marks a time of transition with the changing seasons.  This workshop will focus on supporting the Earth Element to help bring us into our centre\, creating a sense of harmony & renewal.   What will the day include?  Qigong.  A wonderful grounding practice of mindful movement designed to clear and balance our energy.  Yin & Somatic Yoga.  A supportive and nourishing practice on the ground\, designed to soothe and regulate the nervous system\, unwind strain and fatigue\, build deep vitality\, and leave you feeling relaxed and renewed.  Tea & coffee break with sweet treats. No previous experience necessary as the day will be designed to accommodate all levels and abilities.The Retreat New ForestLyndhurst RdHinton\, Christchurch\, BH23 7EFCost £60pp or £55 each for 2 places booked together.
