DESCRIPTION:Saturday 25th January 2025 9.30am – 1pmWith Cheryl Ellis atThe Retreat New Forest🧘🏻‍♀️. Come and join me for a morning of wellness and revitalisation as we bring together a unique blend of Yoga\, Somatics\, Self-massage & Myofascial release techniques to nourish body and mind from the inside out.With a focus on turning inwards during this yin time of year\, this workshop will empower rest and rejuvenation\, helping to refresh tired muscles\, ease stress and strain\, and nurture new seeds of potential for the coming year ahead. What will the day include?Zen Yoga – a mindul full-body practice to reconnect from head to toes\, helping to build strength\, increase flexibility and create a sense of well-being and calm.Somatic & Yin yoga – a supportive and nourishing practice on the floor\, designed to soothe the nervous system\, unravel tension\, and build deep vitality.           \nNo previous experience necessary as the day will be designed to accommodate all levels and abilities.  Cost £60pp or £55 each for 2 places booked together.  Includes tea/coffee & sweet treats.   \n \nEmail cheryl@zenzoneyoga.co.uk to book your space!
