One to ones are a great way to give yourself some self care and find some ease in your body. With hundreds of hours of anatomy and advanced teacher training, Cheryl will tailor holistic and therapeutic sessions to meet your individual needs.

After developing painful IT band syndrome, I sought help through physiotherapy, which didn’t relieve my symptoms. During a yoga class, Cheryl noticed that my hip movements were limited and through personalised sessions taught me how to stretch and strengthen the surrounding tissues and keep my IT band flexible. This has made a huge difference to my daily life and mobility.

Your first session will involve conversation and some foundational poses/orthopaedic tests so that Cheryl can better understand who you are and what you need.  Much time will be spent talking to ascertain your goals and looking at what works and doesn’t work for you.  Subsequent sessions are completely tailored to your needs, with ongoing support available between sessions.  Students require at least 2 sessions.  
Private classes take place in Cheryl’s lovely home studio in Westbourne.  Price £65 for 1 hour session.  Allow up to 1.5 hours for the first one.
